Dailymoan – Spitting in the face of adversity, or a twat with his daughter in the car.
Hughes done it now!
Apparently, Mark Hughes is in talks with Southampton to become their new manager after the South Coast club sacked the hopeless Mauricio Pellegrino. The former Argentinian international was sacked on Monday leaving the Saints languishing 17th in the Premier League having managed just one win in 17 top-flight matches. So why not replace a manager that looked set to be guiding a team to relegation, with another manager that was sacked for doing the exact same thing? All in the same season too!
Some man Sparky.
I suppose it worked well with David Moyes at West Ham, after getting Sunderland relegated last season! Things are working out well at the London Stadium.
No way Jose
Jose Mourinho was back to his prick best before Manchester United’s second round Champions League game against Sevilla. The self-professed ‘Special One’ had given off the impression of being a humble cat lately, although it was only a matter of time before the real Jose would please stand up.
Step Forward a 2-1 victory over Liverpool. Step Forward Frank De Boer criticising Jose’s handling of Marcus Rashford. Step forward Jose Mourinho labelling Frank De Boer the “worst coach in Premier League history”. Step forward, Sevilla. Step forward karma.
Back to square one, poor aul Jose.
It has not turned out like I wanted
“It was a harmless bit of fun, but it has obviously not turned out like I wanted it to or thought it would. “I had no intention of making anyone angry. I wouldn’t do that kind of thing again.”
Lesson learned for Andy Hughes, the gentleman that goaded Jamie Carragher, filmed it while driving, with his 14-year-old daughter in the car. Which led to Jamie Carragher hitting Hughes’s 14-year old daughter with spit, then selling his story to the Dailymirror!
No, he won’t do that again, he tells the Dailymirror.
Oh and he won’t be charged either…
